Synchronizing Insurance Agency Management Systems to HubSpot
SalesPower has released our HawkSoft AMS to HubSpot CRM sync service. NowCerts is coming in October 2024.

You likely have the same contact on more than one account in your AMS. PowerSync looks for duplicates contacts in your AMS and associates them to a single contact record in HubSpot. Those contact records are then associated to all of the accounts (HubSpot companies) that they were found under.

What's included with PowerSync?
PowerSync is a SaaS, with a Service that is customized for each SalesPower PowerSync client. It is a syncing solution that is highly customized, to perfectly fit your individual needs. Onboarding and setup for agencies using an AMS already built into PowerSync will take between 2 and 4 weeks and include creating custom properties and workflow automations, and custom dashboards plus HubSpot sandbox testing before going live.
Each client has their own synchronization instance. Our fee covers the cost of hosting and maintaining the software to ensure sync disruptions are minimized. The quantity of client records and the number of active users at the agency determine the monthly fee.
If PowerSync does not support your AMS, we can build a custom sync for you as long as the AMS has an API available for use. If you would like additional data synced for an AMS we are already syncing, we can customize your sync solution as needed.
You may be surprised at how little you know about the data in your AMS. It's important that existing HubSpot users perform several data cleanup steps before implementing PowerSYNC. We can provide directions or do it for you.
We included support for changes made by HubSpot that impact PowerSYNC. However, changes in the AMS API or clients wanting post-setup customization may be charged support fees on an hourly or project basis. SalesPower will provide quotes as needed prior to any additional customization or support fee charges.
