The Onboarding Process

Adding your AMS data to HubSpot takes between 2 and 4 weeks depending upon, which AMS, the number of clients, and your existing HubSpot configuration.

Requirements analysis

Before we can begin the integration we need to understand how much data is in your AMS, how you use your AMS, how you use HubSpot, and whether you already have existing data in HubSpot or are launching a new HubSpot instance.

Development

Once we have your requirements, we build your sync instance, connect to your AMS, and set up our app with your HubSpot sandbox and production accounts.

Sandbox

With HubSpot Enterprise, clients have a sandbox to play with. Whether you have an existing HubSpot account or a new one, the sandbox is a great way to test your integration.

HubSpot Customization

We set up and configure your HubSpot account for Insurance, adding custom objects, custom properties, custom workflow automations, and building custom dashboards.

PowerSync is a SwaS that is customized for each agency. Setup and onboarding for agencies using a NowCerts or Hawksoft AMS will take between 2 and 4 weeks. It includes creating custom properties, workflow automations, and custom dashboards plus we test the sync in your HubSpot sandbox before going live.

Monthly Fee

$499 – $999

/ Per Month

Each client has their own synchronization instance. Our fee covers the cost of hosting and maintaining the software to ensure sync disruptions are minimized. The quantity and quantity of client records and the number of active users at the agency determine the monthly fee.
