As a team who are business focused, we want clients to achieve maximum return from their investments in the technology and solutions they make in their business.

Commercial Insurance Sales Training
David LeFevre and SalesPower is the developer and administrator of the Killing Commercial community. Working with David Carothers we developed an education and consulting platform for independent, mid-market sales agencies focusing on commercial insurance sales.

Since 2012, SalesPower has delivering sales, marketing, and support services to clients of all sizes and industries, from small insurance agencies to large corporations.

First steps
SalesPower joined with Find and Convert to deliver paid advertising, content marketing, and HubSpot solutions to companies large and small.

Going Solo
SalesPower went a new direction focusing on the insurance industry.

Killing It
Killing Commercial was launched. SalesPower is responsible for managing the technology behind the Killing Commercial community.

PowerSync
Although yet unnamed, PowerSync was launched and implemented for our first client syncing data between Hawksoft and HubSpot.

Expansion & growth
2025 is the year that SalesPower adds to our team and expands our client base. With several active PowerSync clients, and a dedicated development team, we have been able to develop new solutions that fit any size insurance agency.

David LeFevre, Founder & CEO
David LeFevre, CEO of SalesPower has been a service provider his entire career. Prior to founding SalesPower, he was an industry leader in the telecom industry converting engineering records into a GIS mapping management system for GTE, Bell South, and others. During this time, he worked in a Fortune 1000 company leading a team of over 100 people in a one-of-a-kind office.
In 1999, David left the industry to hone is skills selling technical and executive staffing solutions until 9-11 when he partnered to build a dotcom channel sales management organization helping small technology companies build channel sales networks of independent sales teams.
In 2007, David entered the world of digital marketing working with automotive dealerships to promote their business on what was quickly becoming a new world as Google search engine marketing and advertising came into being and the smartphone started to appear.
In 2012, David went solo, starting SalesPower and partnering with Find and Convert’s team of digital experts to deliver digital marketing solutions to clients around the country. This is when HubSpot and inbound marketing was starting to rapidly grow and was David’s focus until 2019 when he got started in the insurance business, working with David Carothers at Florida Risk Partners.
Since 2019, David has worked with several clients, most in the insurance industry, delivering HubSpot and other CRM solutions.
In 2025, David is expanding SalesPower and adding to the team to deliver unique custom solutions for insurance agencies who want a CRM and to automate their business processes.
